C. App. Secs. 69-38.4 through Morgan Territory Area } 69-38.6) The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County, as the governing body of the Contra Costa County Storm Drainage District RESOLVES THAT: On October 20, 1581 , this Board adapted its Resolution of Intention No. 81/1206 announcing its intention to dissolve Drainage Zone 71A and conveyance of the zone's interest in real property to Contra Costa County. On December 1, 1981 pursuant to said Resolution No. 81/1206 this Board held a hearing on the question of dissolving Drainage Zone 71A and conveying zone' s interest in real property. At the time and place fixed for said hearing before this Board, all written and oral objections presented concerning the dissolution conveyance of interest in real property were considered. It appears from the affidavits of publication on file with this Board that all notices required to be given for such hearing have been duly and regularly given and all procedures to be followed have been followed, all in accordance with Section 38.4 of the Contra Costa County Storm Drainage District Act and in accordance with the provisions of Resolution No. 81/1206. This Board hereby certifies that the Notice of Exemption submitted to it by the Public Works Department has been completed in compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act and that the Board has reviewed the information contained therein. This Board directs the Director of Public Works to file the Notice of Exemption with the County Clerk. This Board hereby finds that the need for Drainage Zone 71A no longer exists and hereby DISSOLVES Contra Costa County Storm Drainage Zone 71A. This Board also hereby CONVEYS all real property interests it owns within Drainage Zone 71A to Contra Costa County.
