In the matter of
Vacation Accruals for Certain RESOLUTION # 81/1390
County Employees
The Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors RESOLVES THAT:
1. This Board previously adopted Resolution 81/581 which established
the terms and conditions of employment in former Ordinance Code Division 36 by
Resolution.
2. Board Resolution 81/581 is modified by the addition of the following
provision.
Except when the Board provides otherwise by Resolution, the following
rates for accrual of vacation credits shall apply.
Length of Service Monthly Accrual hours Maximum Cumulative Hours
Under 15 years 10 240
15 through 19 years 13 1/2 320
20 through 24 years 16 2/3 400
25 through 29 years 20 480
30 years and up 23 1/3 560
PASSED and ADOPTED on December 1 , 1981 by the following vote of the Board:
AYES: Supervisors Fanden, Schroder, McPeak, Torlakson, and Powers.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.

Rates for Certain County Employees
Attached herewith is a Board Resolution which will correct an error made in the
vacation provisions for employees in classifications represented by California
Nurses Association, Deputy Sheriff's Association and District Attorney
Investigator's Association.
Please place this item on the Board of Supervisors Agenda of December 1, 1981.
