The Public Works Director having notified this Board that the
improvements have been completed for the above-named permit as providers
in the road improvement agreement with Union Oil Company of . California
heretofore approved by this Board,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the improvements in the following
development have been completed for the purpose of establishing a six-month
terminal period for filing of liens in case of action under said road
improvement agreement:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the $1000 cash bond (Auditor's Deposit
Permit No. 43489, dated August 4, 1981) deposited by Union Oil Company
of California be RETAINED for one year pursuant to the requirements of
Section 94-4,406 of the Ordinance Code.
PASSED BY THE BOARD on November 24, 1981, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Fanden, Schroder, Torlakson, and Powers.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Supervisor McPeak.
