Declaring Certain Roads as County )
Roads, Subdivision 5320, )
Pleasant Hill Area. )
The Acting Public Works Director has notified this Board that the
improvements in the above-named subdivision have been completed as provided in the
agreement with Ned Hauskens Development, heretofore approved by this Board in
conjunction with the filing of the subdivision map;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the improvements have been
completed for the purpose of establishing a six-month terminal period for filing of liens in
case of action under said Subdivision Agreement:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayhew Road Widening as shown and
dedicated for public use on the Final Map of Subdivision 5320 filed October 24, 1979, in
Book 232 of Maps at page 4, Official Records of Contra Costa County, State of
California, (is/are) accepted and declared to be Mayhew Way, a County Road(s) of Contra
Costa County:
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the $1,000 cash bond (Auditor's Deposit
Permit No. 23909, dated October 9, 1979) deposited by Ned Hauskens Development be
RETAINED for one year pursuant to the requirements of Section 94-4.406 of the
Ordinance Code.
PASSED by the Board on January 27, 1981 by unanimous vote .
