OF CALIFORNIA In the Matter of ) Approval_ of the Parcel Map RESOUYrION NO. 81/1210 and Subdivision Agreement ) for Subdivision MS 85-79, ) Orinda Area. } The following document(s) (was/were) presented for Board approval this date: The Parcel map of Subdivision MS 8579, property located in the Orinda area, said map having been certified by the proper officials; A subdivision agreement with Donald 0. Collins, subdivider, wherein said subdivider agrees to complete all improvements as required in said subdivision agreement within one year from the date of said agreement, Said document(s) (was/were) accompanied by the following: Security to guarantee the completion of road and street improvements as required by Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code, as follows: a. Cash bond (Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 45023, dated October 1, 1981) in the amount of $1.,000, deposited by: Donald P. Gangemi and Reginald Garner. b. Additional security in the form of: A corporate surety bond dated August 7, 1981, and issued by Amwest Surety Insurance (Bond No. 1017816) with Donald 0. Collins as principal, in the amount of $34,000 for faithful performance and $17,500 for labor and materials. ISI THEr2EFORE BE IT RESOLVED that said subdivision, together with the provisions for its design and improvement, is consistent with the County's general and specific plans, 13E IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Parcel map is APPROVED and this Board does not accept or reject on behalf of the public arry of the streets, paths, or easements shown thereon as dedicated to public use. BE IT ALSO ptwrnm REsoLVED that said subdivision agreement is also APPIOVED.
