App. 69-38.4 ) 7505-6F 8251 ) through 69-38.6) The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County, as ex officio the Board of Supervisors of the Contra Costa County Storm Drainage District RESOLVES THAT: The Contra Costa County Storm Drainage District Act provides authority for its governing board to dissolve drainage zones. This Board has before it for consideration the proposed dissolution of Drainage Zone 71A and conveyance of Zone 71A interests in -real property to Contra Costa County. The Board further has before it the Notice of Exemption submitted to it by the Public Works Department for consideration as to the environmental , impact of the proposed dissolution. At 10:30 a.m. on December 1 , 1981 , in the Chambers of the Board of Supervisors , Administration Building, Martinez, California, this Board will conduct a public hearing on the proposed dissolution and conveyance of property at which all persons interested in or affected by the dissolution may appear and show cause why the dissolution should not take place. At said hearing, this Board will also consider and act upon the Notice of Exemption submitted to it by the Public Works Department and will hear and pass upon any and all written or oral objections to the dissolution. Upon conclusion of the hearing, the Board may abandon the proposed dissolution and conveyance of interest in real property or proceed with the same. The Clerk of the Board is DIRECTED to publish Notice, pursuant to Government Code & 6066, once a week for two (2) successive weeks prior to the hearing in the Concord Transcript" a newspaper of general circulation in the Drainage Zone proposed to be dissolved. Publication shall be completed at least five (5) days before said hearing. If the exterior boundaries of the drainage zone to be dissolved include lands lying within the exterior boundaries of any city within the District, the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors is DIRECTED to submit to the governing board of such city, a copy of this Notice and Resolution, specifying its intention to dissolve said Drainage Zone, -at least 15 days before the above noted hearing.
