The following document(s) (was/were) presented for hoard approval. this

The Parcel map of Subdivision MS 9-90, property located in the Concord
area, said map having been certified by the prover officials;
A subdivision agreement with Fred Txywe, subdivider, wherein said subdivider
agrees to complete all improvements as required in said subdivision agreement within
one year from the date of said agreement=
Said document(s) (was/were) accompanied by the followinq:
Security to guarantee the completion of road and street improvements as
required by Title 9 of the County ordinance Code, as follows:
a. Cash bond (Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 451.11, dated October 5, 1991)
in the amount of $1.000 deposited by Fred r,owe.
b. Additional security in the form of:
A corporate surety bond dated October 2, 1981., and issued by St. Paul Fire
and Marine Insurance Company (Bond No, 400 CC, 2257) with Fred Lowe as principal.,
in the amount of $8500 for faithful. performance and $4750 for labor and materials,
WR TH , RE IT Rr-qOLVPD that said subdivision, bomther with the provisions
for its design aril improvement, is consistent with the County's general and specific
plans,
RE IT FMTHER RESOLVP'D that said Parcel map Is APPROVRO and this !bard
sloes not accept or reject on behalf of the public any of the streets, paths, or easements
shown thereon as dedicated to public use.
RE IT ALSO FURTHER RESOLVED that said subdivision agreement is also APPROVEE .
