The following document(s) (was/were) presented for Board approval this date:
The Parcel Map of Subdivision'MS 280-77, property located in the Oakley area,
said map having been certified by the proper officials;
A Subdivision Agreement with Leonard Shannon, Dwight Meadows and Tony r
Cutino, Subdivider, wherein said Subdivider agrees to complete all improvements as
required in said Subdivision Agreement within one year from the date of said Agreement;
Said document(s) (was/were) accompanied by the following:
Security to guarantee the completion of road and street improvements as
required by Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code, as follows:
a. Cash bond (Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 37545, dated January 19, 1981)
in the amount of $1,000, deposited by Leonard Shannon/Tony Cutino.
b. Additional security in the form of a letter of credit dated January 19,
1981, issued by Bank of Agriculture and Commerce with Leonard Shannon, Dwight
Meadows and Tony Cutino, as principal, in the amount of $24,200 for Faithful
Performance and $12,600 for labor and Materials.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that said subdivision, together with the
provisions for its design and improvement, is consistent with the County's general and
specific plans;
BE IT FURTHER, RESOLVED that said Parcel Map is APPROVED and this
Board does not accept or reject on behalf of the public any of the streets, paths, or
easements shown thereon as dedicated to public use.
BE IT ALSO FURTHER RESOLVED that said Subdivision Agreement is also
APPROVED.
