In the Matter of Approving Plans
and Specifications for Pacheco
Boulevard Water Line Relocation, RESOLUTION NO. 81/115
Martinez Area
Road No. 3951
Project No. 0662-6R4251-80
WHEREAS Plans and Specifications for the Pacheco Boulevard Water
Line Relocation Project in the Martinez area have been filed with the Board
this day by the Acting Public Works Director; and
WHEREAS the general prevailing rates of wages , which shall be the
minimum rates paid on this project, have been filed with the Clerk of this
Board and copies will be made available to any interested party upon request;
and
WHEREAS the estimated contract cost of the project is $39,400; and
WHEREAS the Environmental Report pertaining to this project has been
covered by a previous EIR for the Shell Oil Company expansion, and this project
is in conjunction with the adopted mitigation measures resulting from hearings
before the County Planning Commission and the City of Martinez Planning
Commission;
IT IS BY THE BOARD RESOLVED that said Plans and Specifications are
hereby APPROVED. Bids for this work will be received on February 26, 1981
at 2:00 p.m. , and the Clerk of this Board is directed to publish Notice to
Contractors in accordance with Section 1072 of the Streets and Highways Code,
inviting bids for said work, said Notice to be published in the El Cerrito
Journal.
