HomeMy WebLinkAboutRESOLUTIONS - 01011981 - 1981-1130 IN THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, STATE OF CALIFORNIA Re: Intention to Lease County Real Property at 2425 Bisso Lane, RESOLUTION NO. 81/ 1130 Suite 280, Concord, California ) (County Ordinance Code 1108-6) ) RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO LEASE COUNTY REAL PROPERTY The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT: It intends to lease County property consisting of 2,100 square feet of second floor office space, known as 2425 Bisso Lane, Suite 280, Concord, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the proposed form of lease filed in the office of the Board Clerk. The Board sets Tuesday, October 27, 1981 at 10:30 a.m. in the Board Chambers, County Administration Building, Martinez, California, as the time and place where sealed bids shall be received and considered. The Public Works Department, Lease Management Division, is hereby DIRECTED to have posted certified copies of this Resolution in three public places in the County for at least fifteen days prior to the meeting's date, and to have published notice of the call for bids for at least two weeks, pursuant to County Ordinance Code 1108-6. NOTICE OF INTENTION TO LEASE REAL PROPERTY Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County has, on October 6, 1981 , adopted Resolution No. 81/ 1130 declaring its intention to lease 2,100 square feet of second floor office spacewn as 2425 Bisso Lane, Suite 280, Concord, California. Notice is hereby given that it is proposed to lease said premises under the terms and conditions of the form of lease on file in the office of the Board Clerk to the highest bidder on the rent; that the minimum bid is $1 ,890.00 in rent per month, and that Tuesday, October 27, 1981 , at 10:30 a.m. , in the Board Chambers, County Administration Building, Martinez, California, has been fixed as the time and place when sealed bids will be received and considered. The successful bidder must pay the first month 's rent and a security deposit equal to the first month's rent within seven days after acceptance by the Board of Supervisors.
