The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT:
By Board Order dated May 19, 1981 , the Board of Supervisors approved
a Right of Entry requested by Central Contra Costa Sanitary District for the
construction of a driveway to their Pacheco facilities across the County Animal
Control Center property. The Right of Entry was granted pending completion of
construction and the conveyance of a grant deed to the District for said property.
In exchange, the District will convey to the County an access easement to
Imhoff Road.
The Board hereby DETERMINES and FINDS that the property being
conveyed to the District is no longer necessary for County or other public
purposes and its estimated value does not exceed TWO THOUSAND AND NO/100 DOLLARS
($2,000.00) .
This Board hereby AUTHORIZES and APPROVES the conveyance of said
Grant Deed, for the property described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, to the
Central Contra Costa Sanitary District pursuant to Government Code Section 25526.6
and the Chairman of the Board is hereby AUTHORIZED to execute said Grant Deed.
The Real Property Division of the Public Works Department is DIRECTED
to cause said deed to be delivered to Grantee together with a certified copy of
this Resolution, with the understanding that the Grantee will deliver a Grant of
Easement to the County for the aforementioned access to Imhoff Road.
The Board hereby FINDS that the project is exempt from Environmental
Impact Report requirements as a Class 12 Categorical Exemption under County
Guidelines and directs the Public Works Director to file a Notice of Exemption with
the County Clerk. The project has been determined to conform to the County
General Plan.
PASSED by the Board on September 29, 1981 , by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Fanden, McPeak, Torlakson, Powers
NOES: None
ABSENT: Supervisor Schroder

EXHIBIT "All
A portion of the Rancho Las Juntas being in the County of Contra Costa, State of
California, described as follows.
A strip of land 15 feet in width, the western line of which is parallel with and
15 feet westerly, measured at right angles from the eastern line, said eastern line
is described as follows:
Beginning at the most eastern corner of the parcel of land described under Parcel 1
in the deed to the State of California, recorded March 27, 1974 in Book 7186 of
Official Records of said County, page 199, said corner being a point on the eastern
line of the parcel of land described in the deed to Contra Costa County, recorded
November 12, 1971 in Book 6519 of Official Records of said County, page 464; thence
from said point of beginning South 22017'47" East along the eastern line of said
County parcel (6519 O.R. 464) , 120 feet more or less, to the southeastern corner
thereof, being a point on the northeastern line of the road commonly known as
Imhoff Road.
The northern terminus of said 15 feet in width. strip of land to be on the southern
line of said State of California Parcel 1 (7186 O.R. 199) and the southern terminus
of said 15 foot strip to be on the northeastern line of said Imhoff Road.
