HomeMy WebLinkAboutRESOLUTIONS - 01011981 - 1981-1065 '1N THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS ,� 'S � OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, STATE OF CALIFORNIA In the Matter of ) Approval of the Final Map, ) RESOLUTION NO. 81/1065 Subdivision Agreement, and ) Basin Maintenance Agreement ) for Subdivision 6055, ) Oakley Area. } ) The following document(s) (was/were) presented for Board approval this date: The Final Map of Subdivision 6055, property located in the Oakley area, said map having been certified by the proper officials; A Subdivision Agreement with Standard Pacific of Northern California, Subdivider, wherein said Subdivider agrees to complete all improvements as required in said Subdivision Agreement within one year from the date of said Agreement; A Basin Maintenance Agreement with Standard Pacific of Northern California, Subdivider, wherein County agrees to maintain Teakwood Basin; Said document(s) (was/were) accompanied by the following: Security to guarantee the completion of road and street improvements as required by Title 9 of the County-Ordinance Code, as follows: a. Cash bond (Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 44351, dated September 3, 1981) in the amount of $3,200.00, deposited by: Standard Pacific of Northern California. b. Additional security in the form of: A corporate surety bond dated August 20, 1981, and issued by The American Insurance Company (Bond No. 7119752) with Standard Pacific of Northern California as principal, in the amount of $312,200.00 for Faithful Performance and $157,700.00 for Labor and Materials. Letter from the County Tax Collector stating that there are no unpaid County taxes heretofore levied on the property included in said map and that the 1980-81 tax lien has been paid in full and the 1981-82 tax lien, which became a lien on the first day of March, 1981, is estimated to be $2,500.00; Security to guarantee the payment of taxes as required by Title 9 of the County Ordinance code, in the form of: Surety Bond No. 4142272 issued by Safeco Insurance Company of America with Standard Pacific of Northern California as principal, in the amount of $2,500.00 guaranteeing the payment of the estimated tax; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that said subdivision, together with the provisions for its design and improvement, is consistent with the County's general and specific plans; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Final Map is APPROVED and this Board does not accept or reject on.behalf of the public any of the streets, paths, or easements shown thereon as dedicated to public use. BE IT ALSO FURTHER RESOLVED that said Subdivision Agreement and Basin Maintenance Agreement are also APPROVED. PASSED by the Board on September 15, 1981 by unanimous vote.
