for Park Trail Purposes on Behalf of County )
Service Area R-8, Walnut Creek Area {Gov.Code Section 25350)
The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT:
This Board on December 2, 1980, passed Resolution of Intention No.
80/1365 and Notice fixing January 13, 1981 , at 10:30 a.m. in its Chambers,
County Administration Building, Martinez, California, as the time and place
when it would meet to consummate purchase of the real property described there-
in from John J. Fucik and Eileen T. Fucik, said property being acquired in
accordance with the City of Walnut Creek and County Agreement dated September 17,
1974, providing for the acquisition of local Park and Open Space Facilities for
County Service Area R-8; and said Resolution was duly published in the "Rossmoor
News".
This Board hereby APPROVES said purchase and purchase agreement,
The County Auditor is hereby DIRECTED to draw a warrant in favor of
First American Guaranty Company, Walnut Creek, Escrow Number 106602-B in th.e
sum of Four Thousand Three Hundred Ninety Five and No/100 Dollars ($4,395,00)
for said property for payment to John J. Fucik. and' Eileen T. Fucik upon their
delivering to the County a Grant Deed for the 3,342 square feet of property
described in the above notice.
Said Deed is hereby ACCEPTED and the Real Property Division is DIRECTED
to have it recorded, together with a certified copy of this Resolution.
PASSED ON January 13, 1981 , unanimously by the Supervisors present.
