IN THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS

CONTRA COSTA COSY, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
In the Matter of Acquisition
of Real Property for the
Centra Costa County Fire RESOLUTION NO. 69/411.
Protection District in Lafayette (Gov't. Code 25350)
The Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors RESOLVES:
That with the approval of the fire commissioners of the
Contra Costa County Fire Protection District, the Board approves the
acquisition of property containing approximately 0.04 of an acre,
located at the southeast intersection of Elizabeth Street and
State Highway 24 in Lafayette as additional property to the
Lafayette Fire Station at 3338 Mt. Diablo Blvd.
That publication of Notice of Intention to Purchase, is
not required, pursuant to Section 25354 of the Government Cade.
That the County Auditor is directed to draw his warrant --
in
arrant -in the amount of $200.00 in favor of the State of California for
payment to the State Division of Highways for said property, de-
scribed as State excess property Parcel No. 5111-DD.
That the Director's Deed for said Parcel 5111-DD from the
State of California to Contra Costa County be and same is hereby
accepted for and on behalf of the Contra Costa County Fire Protection
District.
