WHEREAS the Board of Supervisors , County of Contra Costa:,
California has carefully reconsidered the provisions of Part 3. 5 ,
Division 1, Revenue and Taxation Code , State of California, which
part provides for an alternate ' method of computing levies on the
basis of tentative full values with respect to districts 'Located
in more than one county; and
`I:"he Board having decided that such provisions should not be
applied pending further action by this Board;
NOW THEREFORE ST .IS BY :'HIS BOARD RESOLVED that the
San Francisco Bay Area Rapid Transit District not be required to
cause the levy of its district tax in accordance with the provisions
of Part 3. 5, Division .l, Revenue and Taxation Cade, State of
California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 30th day of December, 1969.
