The reasons for the application for ;dissolution of County Service .Area L113-5 (Pleasant Hill Branch Library) are that , In the i.xr edia;te past , there has been a nonuser of corporate growers by the said county service ,area, that there is a reasonable pos- sibility that such nonuser may, continue , and that the said county service area has no assets other than money In the form of cash.
