WHEREAS Plans and Specifications for widening the west side
of Port Chicago Highway along the frontage of Subdivision 3885 between
1300 .feet and 2000 feet south of Pacifica Avenue , Project No. 3481-"o8-69
Shore Acres area,
have been filed with this Board this day by Mr. Victor W. Sauer,
Public Works Director,
and
WHEREAS the general prevailing rates of wages, which shall be
the minimum rates paid on this project, have been approved by this
Board;
NOW , THEREFORE, IT IS BY THIS BOARD RESOLVED that said Plans
and Specifications are hereby APPROVED. Bids for this work will be
received on January 13, 1 70 at 11:00 A.N. ,
and the Clerk of this Board is directed to pub 1sh Notice to
Contractors in the manner and for the time required by law, inviting
bids for said work, said Notice to be published in
THE POST DISPATCH
PASSED AND ADOPTED on December 23 , 19b9 , by
the following vote:
