WHEREAS, the County Assessor having filed with this Board requests
for correction of erroneous assessments, said requests having been consented
to by the District Attorney;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the County Auditor is
authorized to correct the following assessments:
.For the Fiscal Year 1969. - 19((.,74
It has been ascertained from the assessment roll and from
papers in the Assessor's office what was intended and what should have
been assessed, and, therefore, pursuant to the Revenue and Taxation
Code, Section 4831, the following defects in description -and./or
clerical error of the assessor on the roll should be corrected, and,
further, in aocordence with. Section 531, that portion whish escaped
assessment due to such error should be entered as an escaped assess-
moot, and$ further, pursuant to Section 4986 (1) (b), all or any
portion of any unroll noted tax, penalty, or costs heretofore or here-
after levied should be cancelled on that portion in error:
In, Cade Area 981102# Pel. No. 183. 171.-016, Ronald D. & Joy L«
Monroe and. Wallaeo F. & M. Ruth Smith., are erroneously assessed with
Land $2,080, and no Improvements;, duce to olerieal error in not entering
,new improvement and changed land: values on the property record:. This
assessment should be corrected to read: Land T20320# This assessment

assessed value of $8,450. Assessees have been notified of this,
correction.

Joy L. Monroe and Wallace F. & Vii. Ruth Smith, are erroneously assessed
with Land. 20080, and no Improvement value, due to clerical error in
not entering new improvement value and changed land value on the
Iroperty record. This assessment should be corrected to read. Land
2*320. This assessment should also have entered escaped Improvements
6,1300 making a Total assessed value of $8,450, Assessees have been
notified of this correction.
In Cade Area 984132, Fel, No. 183-171-020o o Ronald D. & Joh'
L. Monroe and Wallace F, and M* Ruth Smith, are erroneously- assessed
with Land $200800 and no improvement value, due to clerical error in
not entering new improvement values and changed land values on property
record. This assessment should: be corrected to read: Land $2 320.
This assessment should also have entered escaped Improvements $5,560,
making' a Total assessed value of $7,88x. Assessess have been notified
of this correction.
