IN THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS

CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
In the Matter of Changes
of the Assessment Roll RESOLUTION No. 69/824
of Contra Costa County
WHEREAS, the County Assessor having filed with this Board requests
for correction of erroneous assessments, said requests having been consented
to by the District Attorney;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the County Auditor is
authorized to correct the following assessments:
For the Fiscal Year 1969 - 19(/JO
It has been ascertained from the assessment roll and from
papers in the Assessor's office what was intended and what should
have been assessed; and,, therefores pursuant to the Revenue and
Taxation Code., Section ).x,831, the following defects in description
and/or form and 'clerical' error of the assessor on the roll should
be corrected; and., further, all or any portion of uncollected taxa
penalty, or costs, heretofore or hereafter levied erroneously or
illegally due to such error should be cancelled pursuant to Section
4986 (1) (b) and/or 4986 (1) (d) of the Revenue and Taxation Code:
In Code Area 9000* Pel. No* 178-192-015t Walnut Growers
Association of OCC* is erroneously assessed with property described
as 1*29 acres, and Land value *56,250, due to clerical error in
describing the property. This assessment should be corrected to
read: 1.013 acres and Land value should be corrected to $450001
Correction is requestedonthe second installment of taxes*
In Code Area 9000s Pol. No. 180-010-029* Newell Circle
Professional Building, is erroneously assessed with Land $13r380s
due to clerical error in description which showed incorrect zoning,
This assessment should be corrected to read: Land *5*000, < Improve-
ments $250 (no change), Total assessed value $5#250-

Church' of Danville, is erroneously assessed with Land $1,8813, due to
erroneous description of the property, as appraiser did not have
information regarding flood control easement which made most of the
property un6.seab'le. This assessment should be corrected to reads

In Code area 76006, Pol. No* 375-242-001, William W-
Hazel M. Hunt, are erroneously ,assessed with Improvements $40,240o
due to clerical ,error in entering portion of improvements which did
not exist on the lion date. This assessment should be oorreeted to
read.: Land $800 (no change), . Inmprovemen.ts $3,574, a Total assessed
value of s 370.
