RESOLUTION DESIGNATING AND TABLIg INt' CERTAIN LANDS =WITHIR THE COUNTY' AS AGRICULTURAL PRESERVES AND ''AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF LAND CONSERVATION 'CONTRACT 3. The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT In accordance with, Section $9-1.102 of the County Ordinance Code and Section 51230 of the California government Code, this ' Board is authorized to designate and establish lands within the counter as Agricultural Preserves. In accordance with Section 89-3.102 of the County Ordinance Code and Aeration 51240 of the California 'Government Code, this Board is authorized to execute band Conservation Contracts with the owners of lands included within Agricultural Preserrves$ the terms of which were established by Resolution Na. 69/763, adopted Nov emb sr 18, 1961. This ward has reviewed, applications for agricultural preserves and land conservation contracts and has considered the reoo en- dations of the Planning Comissi'on and the Planning Department staff relating thereto. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that those lands described in the applications listed below are hereby established and declared to be: Agricultural Preserve leo. 4-70_: .
