HomeMy WebLinkAboutRESOLUTIONS - 01011969 - 69-76 F IN THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, STATE OF CALIFORNIA In the Matter of Designating Lands within the County as Agricultural ) Preserve No. 6 , and Authorizing } RESOLUTION NO. 69/76 Execution of and Conservation A' reementswith Owners of Said Lands. } RESOLUTION DESIGNATING AND ESTABLISHING CER'T'AIN LANDS WITHIN THE COUNTY AS AGRICULTURAL PRESERVES AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF LAND CONSERVATION AGREEMENTS The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT: In accordance with Section 8610.1 of the County Ordinance Code and Section 51201(d) of the California Government Code, this Board is authorized to designate and establish lands within the counter as Agricultural Preserves. In accordance with Section 8610.2 of the County Ordinance Cocke and Section 51255 of the California Government Code, this Board is authorized to execute Land Conservation Agreements with the owners of lands included within Agricultural Preserves, the terms of which were established by Resolution No, 68/635, adopted September 17, 1968. This Board has reviewed applications for agricultural preserves and land conservation agreements and has considered the recommen- dations of the Agricultural Preserve Screening Committee and the Planning Commission relating thereto. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that those lends described in the applications listed below are hereby established and declared to be: Agricultural Preserve No. 6 Owner_ ARelication No. John J. Ginochio, et al. 1296-RZ IT IS PURTHER ORDERED that the Chairman of the Board of Supervisor's, on behalf of the County, execute land conservation agreements with the above owners . relating to those lands described in the above-mentioned applications.
