The ward of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT:
This Board by resolution of October 7, 1969 determined that
the property described in the Notice to Bidders incorporated
therein was no longer needed for County purposs est s and that the
same abould be sold at public auction to the highest bidder.
A' Not ve to Bidders set Thursday, October 30, 1969 on the said
premises as the place and time where oral bids would be received.
The highest bids received at that time aero in the amount of
Fifty Dollars ($50.40) for Parcel A (2797 Fl Portal Drive) bid by
Rost 'Trost, ,and Four' Hundred and Five Dollars ($405.00) for Parcel
B (2841. ice, Portal trive) bid by Everett Brown, at which time an
amount equal to at least twenty-five percent (25%) of the bid
price was immediately deposited to secure corpletion of the trans-
action.
Said bids are accepted and the said property Is sold to the
bidders named above, on condition, that the balance of the purchase
price is paid in cash within ton (14) days from this date.
The Chairman of this Hurd is authorized and directed to eae-
auto Bills of Sale for the property to the bidders named above and
cause the sante to be delivered upon payment of the balmce of the
purchase price,
