HomeMy WebLinkAboutRESOLUTIONS - 01011969 - 69-697 IN THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, STATE OF CALIFORNIA In the Matter of Changes ) of the Assessment Roll ) RESOLUTION NO. 69/697 of Contra Costa County } } WHEREAS, the County Assessor having filed with this Board requests for correction of erroneous assessments, said requests having been consented to by the District Attorney; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the County Auditor is authorized to correct the following assessments: For the Fiscal Year 1969 - 196(-70 It has been ascertained from the assessment roll and from papers in the Aesessort s office what was intended and what should have been assessed;: and,., therefore, pursuant to the Revenue and Taxation Code, Section 4831, the f'olloving defects in description snd/or form and clerical errors of the assessor on the roll should be corrected as follows In Cade area 60010 Parcels 518>-090-019 and 518-090-020# both assessed to William S. & Kathryn Farrell and: Delia Jarrell, are each erroneously coded as 1-0e-1, indicating one single residence, on each parcel. As a result of the incorrect coding, a homeowners exemption was erroneously allowed on each parcel .'hese assessments should be corrected as follows.- Parcel ollows.Parcel No. 518-090-019 should be ceded 0-00-0 and $750 homeovmert s Exemption should be removed, leaving a total taxable value of $2040. Andrade are erroneously assessed with, the entire parcel, due to an error in transferring title on the whole parcel rather than the portion actually acquired. This parcel should be deleted from the roll and corrected to read. In Codes Area 10001, Pel, No, 012-070-012, should be entered as follows: Manuel and Mary U. Andrade, assessee; Descriptions Brent- wood IrrigatedFarms #3 Por lot 112 Fx MR 6.074 acres, and assessed with hand value of $4,920. In Code Area 10001, Pel. No. 012-070.013, should be entered as fellows; L. J. and Helen V, T. Janese, a.ssessee; Description, Brentwood Irri ated Far-me 3 Per lot 112 IR .776 mares, and assessed with Land $10010, Improveme nt s $1,710s with a total value of $2.s76o, In Code Area 6€ 003, Pcl., No. 003-030-080, Henry J. Crocker, et al, should be deleted entirely from the roll. The Mineral Rights lease on this parcel expired May 13, 1968. I hereby consent to the above ­7��q changes and/or corrections F.
