WHEREAS, the County Assessor having filed with this Board requests
for correction of erroneous assessments, said request's having been consented
to by the District Attorney;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the County Auditor is
authorized to correct the following assessments';
For the Fiscal Year 1969. - 19V_70
It has been ascertained from the assessment roll and from
papers in the Assessor's office What was intended and what should
have been assessed; and therefore, pursuant to the Revenue and
Taxation Code, Section .831, the following defeats in description
and/or forst and clerical errors of the assessor on the roll should
e corrected as follows:
In Code Area 8001, Pel. No. 58-110-019, assessed to
Arthur G« and 011ie X Wagner are erroneously assessed with Land
value of $3,990 and Improvement value of $2,1.90, a Total of 6s' ' up
due to error in calculating value at wrong percentage factors This
assessment should be corrected to read.: Land $2x660, Improvements
$1,570 a Not value of $4,230*
In Code Area 14009, Pal, No- 230-072-002,. assessed to
David N and Elaine P. Ri a.ist are ,erroneously assessed with: Improve-
ments, $9,4701, due "to error in computing the value. This parcel
should be corrected to read; Land 3,#3113; Improvements '$9,140; loss
Homeawn,-6r'f s exemption J750 for a Net total of $11,700- (Refund will
be processed for 19689, )
In Code Area 11.010, Vol leo. 233-010-001s assessed to
Mildred -Go R ohardson, is erroneously assessed with Land $19,750, as
corrected for the 1969-7€3 roll, by Resolution; however, due to an
error in computation it should be corrected again to read: Land
$19:2500

Ma.nzo is erroneously not assessed with Improvements of $380 assessed
value, representing structure on the property* This assessment should
be corrected to read. Land $64970 (no Chang®), rovements $2,180
(representing trees and vines 1#800 and b-aildingg $380)9 a total Not
value of $9,153. Assessee has been notified of this action*
In Code Area. 82039, Pel, Ido, 033-080-015, assessed to
Iehiro B, and Takako Nishimura are erroneously with Improvement
value of $910* due to clerical error in entering value on the wrong
property record* This assessment should be corrected to show Improve-
ment Coding as 0-00»0, with no Improvement value, leaving Land value
only of $2,1320,
