for approval, said snap hav ng been certified by the proper officials
and being accompanied by:
Letter from the Redemption Officer stating> that there
are no unpaid County taxes heretofore levied on the property
included in the map, and that the current 1968-1969 tax lien
has been paid in full, and that the 1969-1970 tax liens which
became a lien on the First of Xarch, 19690 is estimated to be
$6,x00 and
Letter from the Publics Works Director stating that said
VAP is accOMpfanied by deposits and bonds to guarantees the
completion of road and street improvements as required' by
Division 4, Title 8, of the County Ordinance Code
Surety Bonds issued, by St. Paul Fire and Marine
Insurances Company with. Perma-Silt Enterprises Company
as principal, as follows:
NQ. 400 CK 6771 in the amount of $92,80 7 for
Faithful Performance and 92,800 for Labor and
Materials.
Cash deposit (Auditorts Receipt 'No. 75267 dated
July 9 1969)' in the amount of 1500; and
Tax Band No. 400 CK 6775 in the amount of $'6,5oo
guaranteeing Payment of estimated 1969-1970 tax.
Inspection Fee $4,640.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLvED that said subdivision agreement be
and the same Is hereby APPROVED and the Chairman of this
Boardis authorized to execute said agreement.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that saidmap, be and the same is
hereby APPROVED and, this Board, does not accept or reject on behalf
of the public any of the streets, roads, avenues or easements
shown thereon as dedicated to public use.
