In the Matter of Resolut.'t on 4 for Condemnation of Property CONDEMNATION for the Retaining; Wall in San RESOLUTION N4. 691489 5 Pablo Creek, and Future Widening i of E1 Portal Drive {Formerly Road 6 141 201 , rrojegt No. 0871,-4145-65 7 " The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County, Californi.a,by g vote of two-thirds or more of all its members, RESOLVES THAT: 9 s It finds and determines and hereby declares that the 10 public interest and necessity require 11 ; The acquisition, construction and completion by the 12 County of Contra Costa, of a public improvement; and in con- 13 ;a nect on therewith and necessary therefor, the acquisition of 14 fee simple title to real property, and other interest(s) in 15 i real property as described in Appendix( s) attached hereto; i; 16 s's Said proposed public improvement is planned and located :i 17 in the manner which will be most compatible with the greatest tt 18 public good, and the least private injury; 19 This Board shall, acquire in the name of the County of :c 14 20 ? Bergesen, et al. to Contra Costa County recorded November 29, 1951. in Volume 1858 of Official Records. at page 331; thence. from said point of be- ginning along said southern line, South- 87° 16' 07" Fa.st. (the bearing South 870 16' 07" Fast being taken for the purpose of this description) 393,71 feet to the true point of beginning; thence, from said true point of beginning along said southern line, South 870 16' 07" East, 126-67 feet, to the northwestern corner of the parcel of land described in the deed from Alfred Frank, et ux, to Jack D. PARCEL TWO (Fuerst, et al) Portion of Lot 135, as shown on the map of the San Pablo Rancho, filed March 1, 1894, in the office of the County Recorder of Contra Costa County, described as follows : Beginning on the southern line of Road No. 20, as shown on the map hereinbefore referred to, distant thereon South 880 23' East 330 feet from the northeastern corner of the parcel of land described in the deed from Alice A. Bergesen, et al, to the' County of Contra Costa, recorded November 29, 1951, in Book 1858 of Official Records, page 331; thence from said point of beginning South 8823' East along said southern line 190.38 feet to the northwestern corner of the parcel of land described in the deed from Alfred Frank, et ux, to Jack D. Kilcrease. et ux, dated September 27, 19 .3, and recorded September 29. 1943, in Book 747 of Official Records, page 254; thence south along the west line of Kilcrease parcel, 747 OR 254, to a point in the centerline of San Pablo Creek; thence southerly and westerly along said center line to a point which bears South 00 20' 55" East from the paint of- beginning; thence North 00 20' 55" West to the point of beginning.
