The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County, Californi.a,by
g vote of two-thirds or more of all its members, RESOLVES THAT:
9 ; It finds and determines and hereby declares that the
10 public interest and necessity require .
11 " The acquisition, construction and completion by the
12 County of Contra Costa, of a public improvement; and in con-
13 ; nection therewith and necessary therefor, the acquisition of
14 # fee simple title to real property,, and other interest(s) in
15 y# real property as described in Appendix(s) attached hereto;

16 Said proposed public improvement is planned and located

17 s in the manner which will be most compatible with the greatest
18 public good, and the least private injury;

l$ This Board shall acquire in the name of the County of
20 � Contra Costa, the said real property and interest(s) therein
21 n by donation, purchase, or by condemnation in accordance with
22 x the provisions for eminent domain in the Code of Civil
23 Procedure;

To prepare and prosecute in the County' s name such
proceedings in the proper court as are necessary for such
acquisition, and
To apply to said court for an order fixing the amount
and nature of such security as it may direct, and to deposit
6 such security as so directed, and for an order permitting the
County to tame immediate possession and use of said real.
