Code 56310, 56311, ? 56312 , 56313) RESOLUTION INITIATING' PROCEEDINGS :FOR 'CHANGE IN ORGANIIZATION TO ANNEX PORT CESTA TERRITORY' TO COUNTY SERVICE AREA L-46 Change in organization. by annexation of Port Costa territory', to County Service Area L-46 has been proposed by this Board of Supervisors . Resolution oP appl.i ca.tian 'for the proposed annex- ation'' was filed by;' the ' Board of Supervisors with the Executive Officer of the Local Agency Formation Comms ssi.Qn on April 4 , 1969. The reason for the proposed annexation is> to-provide street lighting servi.oes tothe community Of Port Costa in accordance with Board of SuIper vi.sors policies for the providing of such services . On May 7 ,' 1969, the Local Agency Formation Commission approved the resolution of application. for the annexation of Port Costa territory to County ;Service Area L--46 without ' con- dition, declared the territory proposed to be annexed as inhabited :and assigned the proposal designation as "Part Costa Territory ; Annexation to. County Service Area L-04611. The exterior boundaries of the territory proposed to beannexed are as described >;>i.n Exhibit A attached hereto and by reference ' incor- porated herein. At the hearing, the testimony of all interested persons' or taxpayers Por; or against the proposed annexation will be heard, and any interested pe rsczn desiring to make written pretest thereto must do so; by written communication filed with the Clerk before the hearings A. written protest by an owner of land must contain a description <suffici.ent to identify his land,; and a written protest by a voter must contain his residential address .
