Costa County whichis located entirely. within. Contra Costa County This dissolution had been proposed by the Board ofpervisors of Contra Costa County. Resolution of aBpl cat on for dissolution was'_ filed by the Board of Supervisors' with the Executive Officer of the Local Agency Formation Gomission on February 1C� 1969. Further, the governing board of said' district no 'longer i'urnishes for pro- vides, services of substantial benefit to residents and landowners within the district. On Mauch 51 1969, ;the 'Local Agency IFormation Commission approved the resolution subject to the following conditions: "(a) Contra Costa County is designated as successor to the dissolved districtj�, And '1(b) After dissolution, any d;i.strict assets shall be collected by and credited to the Centra' Costa County' Fire Protection District."
