HomeMy WebLinkAboutRESOLUTIONS - 01011969 - 69-207 IN THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, S`I'NE OF CALIFORNIA In the Matter of Changes } of the Assessment Roll } RESOLUTION NO. 69/207 of Contra Costa County ) } WHEREAS., the County Assessor having filed with this Board requests #or correction of erroneous assessments, said requests having been consented to by the District Attorney; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the County Auditor is authorized to correct the fallowing assessments: For the Fiscal Year 196Z - 196$ and 1968-69 It has been ascertained from the assessment roll and from papers in the Assessorts office what was intended and what should have been assessed, and, therefore, pursuant to the Revenue and Taxation Code, Section 4831, the following defects in description and/or form and clerical error of the assessor on the roll should be corrected: Resolution 6911660 dated March 11, 1969, concerning such property should be rescinded. For the year 1967-68, in Cade Area 83004, Parcel No, 260-160-413, assessed to the State of California, c/o Altarinda Estates, Inc. $ 'farR' 0, perty described as Por Ro El Sobrante .98, with land value of ' is erroneous due to misinterpretation of deed. This assessment should be corrected to read: Parcel No. 264-r160-019, Des*: Por Ro El.
