M-11$ OR NDA AREA The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES TRAT: Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervi$ars of Contra Costa County, on its 'i own motjon, intends to commence oroceeding for the formation of a County'' Service Area. Request for the formation of a Counter Service' Area was first made to this Beard by the Orinda Chamber of Commerce. Pursuant to Government 'Code'` Section '25210.11, approval of'' the Local, Agency'` Format Il n Commission was 'sought before pr4oeedings;, were instituted. On Marsh 5, 1969, the Local Agency ' Formation Commission iapproved the ' formation of proposed County Service Area M—Al Therefore,' this Board proposes that a County Service Area be estblis'hed puss ant to Chapter 2.2 (commencing with §25210.1) of Part 2 of Division 2 o Title 3 of the 'Government Code of the State of California in the unincorporated area of Contra. Costa County. The exterior' boun ar es of the terri- tory proposed for inclusion in the area are more part ioularly described in Exhibit `"'All attached hereto and by reference inoorporated herein The name proposed for the area is; "County Service Area No. M--lift . The following types of eaten+ ed .county services: are pro- posed to, be provided within the area : a)' Street lighting >.facilities and services b ) Street sweeping service's e ) Vehicle parking facIlitles .and services d) Park and parkway facilities and services including'., but not limited to, the beautification of the business area Except where funds are .otherwise 'avai la.bl.e from service charges collected pursuant to Section 2521a.77a, a tax sufficient to pay for all such services which are furnished on an extended basis will be annually levied upon all: .taxable property within such area..
