ICLF PARKING DISTRICT O. l OF ' ONTRA COSTA >COUNTY The Beard of Supervisors df Centra Costa Counter RESOLVES THAT: Dissolution of Vehicle Parking District No. 1, which is located In Contra Costa County,, has he`ln 1p.roposed by the Beard of Parkin; Place Com issioners (the ' g-overingbody) of that district . A mandatory reolution of,: for the pr ces dpli dissolution was filed by the Board of Parking ce Commissioners with the Executive Cff'i.cer 6f the Local Agency Formation Co mi sion on February 7, 1 69. The reasons 'for the proposed ''dissolution are that the district has been a. nonuser of corporate powers and has no assets ether than 'honey in the .fort of cash and 'the 'continued existence of this district w111 ser=ve no useful purpose. On March 5, '1969,, the Local Agency Formation Commission approved the resolution of application' subject ' to the following conditions : (a) County ;Service Area, --11 is designated a su !cess'br to the dissolved district. (b)'' After dissolution, all district 'assets shall be credited. to County ervi ee Area M-11 . RESOLUTION N0. 69/175 At the conclusion of the hearing the Board of Supervisors shalleither disapprove orapprove the dissolution in accordance» with Government >Code Section 56166. The 'Clerk of this Board is HEREBY 'DIRECTED to publish the text of this resolution on-ce a week for two successive weeks n the =Elrinda Sun", a net caper of general circulation 'published in this County and circulated in the territory wherein the pro- posed dissolution Is situated,. the ' first publication to be made not later than fifteen (15) clays prior to the hearing date. The Clerk of this Board is also directed to post the text of this resolution on the bulletin' board of this Board at least >fifteen (15) days prior to the hearing, date and such posting will continue to the time of the hearing.
