County RESOLVES THAT: Dissolution of C4un y Service Area LIB-5 (Pleasant Hill Branch Library) 4 which i s 161cated entirely within Contra Costa County has been proposed by the Board of Supervisors, A 'msndatory resolu- tion of application for the proposed dissolutIM was f Iledl by the Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County with the► Executive Officer of the Local Agency Formation Commission on February 10, 1<)69. The reasons for the proposed dissolution of County Service Area LIB-5 (Pleasant Hill Branch Lilrary are that in the immediate past there has been 'a nonuser of corporate pavaersjby the said county service area, that there is a reasonable b,6ss1b1l1ty that such nonuser may continue , and that the said counter service area has no assets other than money in the form of cash.
