County F SOLVES THAT: On January 21 , 1969,, this Beard ,dcpt'ed Resolution No. 69/64 Initiating proceedings for the detachment ofcertain territory within the Martinez area from County Service Area B-l. A resolution of application for change In organi zatlon by said detachment had been filed'; by the caner with the Ex,6 tiive officer of the Local. Agency -Permation Commission on December , 1968.
