The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costo County 'RESOLVES THAT-
On Tuesday , December 31, 196B, pursuant to Resolution No.
68/822 , this Board held a hearing on the proposed formation of
County Service Area No. D-»2 43.5 described in Exhibit Aattached
hereto and by ref=erence incorporated herein.' Notice< of said
hearing was duly given in the mariner required by law. This

Area No. DWS.
Written protests against the establishment of the area, ;or
against the extent of the area,; or against the furnishing of
specified types of extended services within the area, or against

per cent (50%) or more of the registered Voters residing, within
the territory proposed to be included In the area, or by the I

The services described in .Resolution iso. 68 822 , 'adopte'd on
November 19, !968 , are extended county services
A county service area to be known as "County Service Area
No. D -2" is hereby established pursuant to the provisions of the
County Service Area Law , Chapter 2_2 of Part' 2 of Division 2 of
Title 3 (commencing with Section 25210.1) of the Government S?ernment {iode
of the State of Cay'iforni.a,Ln the unjnconporated area 'of Contra.
Costa County and a portion of the City of Walnut Creek. The
inclusion of the said portion of the City of Walnut Creek in
County Service' Area No. D--2 was con ented to by she City 'Council
of the City of Walnut Creek; in Resolution No . 2356 , dated:
November 4 , 1968. The boundaries-of-County Service Area No. D--2
are hereby determined and established to be as described in
RESOLUTION NO 68/526
Exhibit "Are attached hereto and by reference incorporated
herein.
The types of extended county services to be performed
within County Service Area No. D-2 are the correction of
drainage problems and the providing of drainage services
PASSED AND ADOPTED on December 31 , 1968 , by this Board,
