Lack of proper water closet, lavatory, bathtub or shower, b. Lack of proper and sanitary kitchen sink, Pare Structural hazards, including: a. Deteriorated and Inadequate foundations. b. Flooring supports of insufficient size to carry imposed loads with safety. c. Ceiling and roof supports that sag and buckle due to defective material and deterioration.
