The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT:
The County of Contra Costa on September, 1,7, 1968 contracted with
Gallagher & Burk Inc. P. 0. Box 32Walnut Creek California
Name and Address of Contractor)
for r_esurfaelng Mora a Way and Stanley Boulevard Lafayette area
Howe Road Martinez area and Parker Avenue Rodeo area
with United Pao ific Insurance Company as surety,
Name of Bonding Company
for work to be performed on the grounds of the County at Lafayette,
Martinez and. Rodeo areas ;and
The Public Works Director reports that said work has been inspected
and complies with the approved plans , special provisions, and
standard specifications, and recommends its acceptance as complete
as of October 16,968 ;
Therefore , said work is accepted as completed on said date, and the
Clerk shall file with the County Recorder a copy of this Resolution
and Notice as a Notice of Completion for said contract.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a one (1) day extension of contract time
is GRANTED due to the delay caused by additional work required under
Contract Change Order No, 1.
PASSED AND ADOPTED ON October 22, 1968

I certify that the foregoing is a true and correct copy of a
resolution and acceptance duly adopted and entered on the minutes
