WHEREAS the Board on October 1, 1968 adopted Resolution No. 68/665 approving on said date additional positions for certain, county departments., prevision having been made for said positions in the approved final budget for the fiscal year 2968-1969; and WHEREAS said approved positions were part of the total num- `' Baer of additional positions recommended by the County Administrator k and the Board Administration and Finance Committee (Supervisor J. E. Moriarty and Supervisor T. S. Coli) to be effective October 1 1968, and "WHEREAS the remainder of the positions recommended by the County <Administrator and. the Administration and Finance Committee to be authorized effective October 1,, 1968 were referred to a special Byard committee comprised of Supervisor E. A Linscheid and Supervisor A. M. Dias for review and report to the Board on October 8, 1968, and E WHEREAS said special committee having on this date advised the Board that the requested review had been made and that it was f' recommended that the remainder of the positions which had been sched- uled for approval October 1, 19680 be approved effective October 8. 1968; and f NOW `THEREFORE, BE IT BY THIS BOARD RESOLVED that in accord- ante with aforesaid recommendation of said special committee the ` following additional positions are APPROVED effective October 8, 196$.
