of Contra Costa County
WHEREAS, the County Assessor having filed with this Board
requests for correction of erroneous assessments, said requests
having been consented to by the District Attorney;
N£1'wI, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the County Auditor is
authorized to correct the following assessments:
For the Fiscal Year 1968-1969
It has been ascertained from the assessment roll and from
papers in the Assessorts office what was intended and what should
have been assessed; and, therefore, pursuant to the Revenue and Taxa-
tion Code, Section 4831, the following defects in description and./or
form and clerical error of the assessor can the roll should be eor--
reeted:
In Cade Area 1000, Pel. No. 067_221-41 ., assessee Contra
Costa County, is erroneously entered as taxable property clue to
clerical error in coding. This property should be corrected to
nontaxable property.
In Code Area. 79107, Pel. No. 159-140-0€36, assessed. to V. P.
Baker et al. , should be deleted from the rail as such property was
erroneously entered in this code area and it should have been entered
in two different code areas. In place thereof, the following two
parcels should be entered:
In Code Area 79107, Pal. No. 159-140-033, assessed to V. P.
Baker, et al. , and described as Pear S&4 Survey #266, 10.75 Acres,
with Land value of $5080.
In Code Area 79073, Pol. No. 159-140-034, assessed to V. P.
Baker, et al. , and described as Por S&O Survey #266, 4.30 acres,
with Land value of $2030. Assessege has beenn notified of this eorrec-
tion in accordance with Section 4836 of the Revenue & Taxation Code.

Roy E. and Muriel H. Cerate, is erroneously entered therein due to
clerical error. This assessment should be corrected to be enrolled
in. Cade Area 79073= Assessee has been notified of this correction
in accordance with Section 4836 of the Revenue & Taxation Cede.
In Code Area 79107, Pal, No. 159-140-0301 assessed to
V. P. Baker, et al. , for 117.259 acres with $55,41.0 Land value,
should be deleted from the roll as the property described therein
should have been entered in two separate code areas. In place
thereof, the following parcels should be entered:
In Cade Area 79107, Pel. No, 159-140 '032$ assessed. to V. P.
Bakers et al. , described as Por RO Las Juntas & Por Sec 22 T2N R2W
MOBM, 1 .7.259 acres, with Land value of $22,330. Assessed has been
notified of this correction in accordance with Section 4836 of the
Revenue and Taxation Code.
In Cade Area 790731 Pel. No— 159-140-435, assessed to V. P.
Bakers et al. , describes. as ?or R4 Las Juntas and Par Sec 22 T2N R2W,
MDBM, 70.00 acres, with Land value of $33MO.
