County WHEREAS, the County Assessor having filed with this Board requests for correction of erroneous assessments, said requests having been consented to by the District Attorney; NOVI, THEREFORE,, BE IT RESOLVED that the County Auditor is authorized to correct the following assessments: For the Fiscal Year 1968-1969 It has boon ascertained from the assessment roll and from papers in the Assessor's office what was intended and what should have been assessed; and,, therefore, pursuant to the Revenue and Taxa- tion Code, Section 4831, the following defects in description and/or form and clerical error of the assessor on the roll should be corrected: In Code Area 8002,, Pol. No. 507-020-003s Richard and Dolores S. Lydon have been erroneously allowed $1,000 veteran's exemption due to clerical error. This assessment should be corrected to remove the exemp- tion. Assessees have been informed of this correction. In Code Area 8018, Fel. No. 431-133-018, Herbert B. , Jr. , and Shirley Harrison have been erroneously allowed veteran's exemption of $1,000 through clerical error of making entry on wrong record. This assessment should be corrected to remove the exemption. Assesseeshave been notified of this correction. In Code Area 9013, Pol. No. 187-040"009, assessed to Don Campbell � and Roger W. Souza,, Tr,, 3*, is erroneously coded As state nontaxable property due to clerical error in not changing coding at time of property transfer. This assessment should be corrected to remove "ST" coding, and tax statement for Land assessed value of $930 should be sent to assessees at 1325 Locust St,, Walnut Creek, Calif.
