IN THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, STATE DF CALIFORNIA In the Matter of Ac3ceptance ) of portion of Knickerbocker ) Lane, Road Group 2645G Orinda 8ES{3uTfiw Md. 68/04 Area (Subdivision 2742. WHEREAS the construction of improvements within Subdivision 2742, Grinds area, was completed and accepted by this Board on March 29, 1966; and WHEREAS there was road improvement work done outside said Subdivision limits which was overlooked for acceptance; NOW, M13REFORE, on the recommendation of the Public Works Director, BE IT MWOLVED that that portion of INZCKERBOC B LANE (being a portion of a road formerly called Sadrine Court) described as follows is ACCEPTED and declared to be a County road of Contra Costa County% Commencing at the most northerly corner of Tract 27429 also being the most northerly terminus of Knickerboaker Lane as said Tract 2742 and Lane are shown on the map recorded in Book 76 of Napa at Page 47, on March 99 1964 in the office of the County Recorder, Centra Costa County, State of California; thence from said paint of oommancement S 76© 16' 180 W, 11.64 feet to the true point of beginning; thence from said true point of beginning S 530060 45" S, 72.40 feet; thence S 190 56' 45" E: 56,67 feet; thence N 610 43' 54" W9 60,02 feet; thence W 530 06* 45" W, 129.59 Feet; thence N 630 441 45" W, 28.82 feet; thence N 270 56' 45" W 13.16 feet to a paint on the east line of Spring Road, formerly Lucile Way; thence northeasterly along said east line W 590 5611 15'" E, 29.59 feet; thence M 120 13' 15" It 16.16 feet; thence S 270 56. 45" E 13.68 feet; thence S 630 44' 4541 E, 19.62 feet; thence s 530 06' 45" E, 72.83 feet t0 the true point of beginning.
