County Service Area' m- 4 This annexation had been proposed to
this Board 'by the representativeof the owner, Butch Haven
u14o-m s, Inc. Resolution of application for the proposed change

Executive officer of the Local agency Formation Ce?�mlasioIn on
April, 23, 1968.;, The reasons for the proposed annexation are to
provide said territory with 'Istreet lighting services and also
;street sweeping services .
On June 5, 1368, the Local Agency Formation Commission approved
the resolution of appli atlon, without condition, declared the
territory proposed to be annexed' as uninhabited and assigned the
proposal designation as "Subdivision 3262, Annexation'' to Counter
Service Area M-4. " The exterior' boundaries of the territory to
be annexed are as described lin Exhibit 'Wt attached hereta and
by reference incorporated herein, and are located' entirely within
Centra Costa. County .
The Board's Resolution .No. 618/476 fixed 10:03 a.m on 'luesda =,;
August 20, ,1968, as the time for a public heari.n ion theannexa-
tion of the' above said territory.. Notice of said: hearing >:was
duly given by (1) publication in the ;'galley Pioneer?', (2) post-
Ing on the Board's Bulletin Board, and ( 3 mailing notice to all,
persons and counties, cities or districts , which had filed a
written reque:5t' for special >notice Yri,th the ,Clerk of the Board'.
