The 'Board of Supervisors of Centra Costa County RESOLVES THAT:
On July 16, 1968, this Board passed and adopted Resolution
No. 68/464 , determining_ hAt the property 'described in the Notice
to Bidders attached thereto was no , longer seeded for County. pur-
Poses and authorized -the 'County Right of Way Agent to receive
proposals for Its demolition and removal from County real. property.
The Notice to Bidders was published as required by law, in
accordance with said Resolution No. 68/464, and the following bids
were received and ripened pursuant»to the said Notice- to Bidders-,

'."Phe County Rightof Way Agent is <hereby authorized to return
the bid guarantees to the unsuccessrul bidders .
