BAILEY executed a reimbursement', agreement and notice Qf 1 en <i n
favor of Contra Costa Coun y which was recorded tin June 20,, 1:960
in the office of the County Rec=order in Volume !664 of Official
Records, at page 140; and

said lien released d, as to their interest in that real ! property
situated in the County of Contra Coeta, State refCalif+ tnIa,
described as follows

Beginning at the northwest earner of the parcel of

The Lien Committee has c€sn ldered partial release and
,subordination and recommends its approval;
NOW, 'THEREFORE, the County of Contra Costa, ;the ;owner
and holder of said reimbursement a reement and notice of lien
above-mentioned, does heriby release the same as tai 'tha.t
property described herein on the eondit3on that a certified copy;
of said reimbursement agreement and n t'ice of lien re recorded in

County at such tine as the instrument conveying title to the above_
described' property in 'Stanialaus C uriIty, to ELIJ- H R BAILED' and
DORA. MAY BAILEY is recorded in said Official Records, and it is

certified copy hereof >to constitute and effectuate the partial
release and subordination. `
