Subordinating 'Lien SuSORDINATIt N O LIEN Against Frutozo ZaragozaAND RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SAME The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT: On August 9, ;1357 , FRUTOZO ZARAGOZA. ex cc ted a reimburse- ment agreement and: notice of lien in favor of Centra Casta County which pias recorded on August 121957 in the .Office of the County Recorder in Volume 3028 of Dffloial Records at page 12; and FRUTOZO ZARAGOZA how, desires to have said lien made, sub- ordinate and subject to a note and >deed l of trust executed by him in favor of Orville H. Roderick in the amount of One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars .($1500.00) ; and FRUTQZO ZARkGOZA desires subordination to enable him to obtain a loan for the purIose of paying the funeral expenses of his wife, LUPE ZARA €AZA, alias deceased; and The Lien Committee has considered the requested subordi- nation and recommends approval NOW, THEREFO E, the County of 'Contra Costa, the owner and holder of said reimbursement agreements and notices of lien above-mentioned does hereby subordinate the: same to the deed of trust above-mentioned-as it relates to the property descrlbed>' therein upon the condition that joint tenaney interests ,', if, any , existing or Icreated in the subject real', property be severed as to the interests of the County of Contra Cos ta, and it is ordered that the Chairman of the Board sign a certified icopy, hereof to constitute and effectuate the subordination.
