In the Matter of Approving Plans
and Specifications for recon-
struction of Holey Road, between RESOLUTION NO. 68/502
Byron Hot Springs Road and Byron
Highway, Byron area -
ProJect No. 2023- 228-68.
WHEREAS Plans and Specifications for the reconstruction of
Holey Road, between Byron Hot Springs Road and Byron Highway, Byron
area,
have been filed with this Board this day by Mr, Victor W. Sauer,
Public Works Director
and
WHEREAS the general prevailing rates of wages, which shall be
the minimum rates paid on this project, have been approved by this
Board;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS BY THIS BOARD RESOLVED that said Plans
and Specifications are hereby APPROVED. Bids for this work will be
received on Auzu&t 27 , 196§ at 11 A*M* 1
and the Clerk of this Board Is directed to publish Notice to
Contractors in the manner and for the time required by laws inviting
bids for said work, said Notice to be published in
