Costa County RESOLUTION NO . 68/333 Consolidated Fire Protection District (Former Fox Way Fire Station) . The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES y'HAT: The County Administrator has informed this Board that the property located at 400 Oak Grove Road, City of Concord, California, acquired .for fire station site for the Contra Costa County Consoli- dated Fire Protection District is no longer needed for County p�ur- poses, and recommends that said property described in Exhibit 'A", attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, be sold in accordance with Section 25520, et seq. , of the Government Code, as required by law. This Board declares its intention to sell the above property for and on behalf of the Contra Costa. County Fire Protection District under the terms and conditions contained in the Notice attached hereto and made a part hereof. The minimum price for said real property is Twenty-five Thousand Dollars ($25,000); and the minimum bid deposit shall be Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500) . The terms and. conditions set forth in the Notice to Bidders as prepared by the County Right of Way Agent are hereby approved. This Board sets Tuesday, the 25th day of June, 1968, at 11.:00 A.M. Ln the Chambers of the Hoard of Supervisors, Administration Building, Martinez, California, as the time and place for a public meetin of said Board where sealed proposals and auction bids shall be received and considered. The Clerk of this Board is directed to cause the notice of the adoption of this resolution and of the time and place of holding said public-: meeting to be given by posting notices of said resolution, signed by the Chairman of this Board, in three (3) public places in the County, as follows : I . Containing an area of 2265 square feet {t�.052 of an acre) more or less .exolusive of the area the existing roads. 68 /333 NOTICE OF INTENTION TO SELL REAL PROPERTY (Former Fox Way Fre Stat ion) NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Contra Costa, State of California, has, on the 21fit day of May. 196B 1. in regular meeting, adopted a resolution by a two-thirds (2/33) vote of all, of Its members, declaring Its intention to sell for the 'Contra Costa County Fire Protection District the real prop- erty and improvements, former fire station located at 400 Oak Grove Road in the City of Concord as described therein. NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that it Is proposed to sell said property consisting of approximately 9,000 square feet of land zoned APO by the City of Concord and building formerly used as a fire station to the highest bidder; that the minimum price for said property is to be the sum of Twenty-five Thousand Dollars ($25,000); that Tuesday, the 25th day of June, 1968, at 11 :00 a.m. of said day, in the 11"hambers of the Board of Supervisors, Administration Building, Martinez, California, has been fixed as the time and place when said 'Board of Supervisors will receive and consider sealed proposals accompanied with a minimum Two Thousand Five Hundred dollars ($2,500) bid deposit to purchase said property. Terms and conditions for the sale, bid forms, and, specific description of the property will be furnished by the County Right of Way Agent, Fifth Floor, County Administration Building, Martinez, California, (Phone 228-3000) , on application.
