WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County "
heretofore duly authorized the issuance and sale of $500 ,000 prin-
cipal amount of Mt . Diablo Unified School District 1955 School
Bonds , Series A (being part of an issue in the aggregate principal
amount of $4,500 ,000 authorized at an election held in said Dis-
trict on March 1, 1955) , all dated June 15, 1955 , and maturing;
$25,000 principal amount on June 15 , 1956 to 1975 , both inclusive;
and
WHEREAS, said bonds were duly authorized to be executed
by the Chairman of the Board of Supervisors, the County Auditor
and the County Clerk of Contra Costa County , and were duly sold-
upon notice as required by law and the purchase price of said
bonds was duly paid into the Treasury of Contra Costa County

for the account of said Mt . Diablo Unified School. District ;
and
WHEREAS, it now appears that certain of said bonds were
duly executed by the Chairman of the Board of Supervisors and
the County Clerk of Contra Costa County, but were inadverently
not signed by the then County Auditor of Contra Costa County ; .
and
' WHEREAS, said bonds are valid and duly binding obliga-
tions and the County has duly received for the account of said
District the full purchase price of said bonds and has duly
paid the interest .on said bonds in time, form and manner as
required by law;
NOW, THEREFORE, the County Auditor of Contra Costa
County is hereby authorized, upon presentation of any of said
bonds , to execute the same and the County Treasurer of Contra

Costa County is hereby authorized to pay the principal and
interest on said bonds .'
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of
Contra Costa. County this 'nth day of May , 1968, by
the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors James P. Kenny, James E. Moriarty,
Thomas John Coll. Edm,6nd A. Linseheid,
Alfred M. Dias.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
