RESOLUTION NO.6
The Beard of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT.
Pursuant to the Streets and Highways Code it declares its inten-
tion to abandon the hereinafter described County Road.
It fixes Tuesday, June 18, 1968, at 10 A.M. (or as continued)
in its Chambers, m n s ra on MlMng, Pine and Main Streets,
Martinez, California, as the time and place for hearing evidence
offered by any interested party as to whether said road is unneces-
sary for present or prospective public use.
This matter is referred to the Planning Commission for report prior
to the hearing.
The County Clerk shall cause notice of this matter to be published
in the "Pinole-Hercules News " , a newspaper of general
circulgElon publIsKe-d In Efils UounEy w ch is designated as the
newspaper most likely to give notice to persons interested in said
proposed abandonment, . for at least two successive weeks prior to
said hearing; and to be posted conspicuously along the line of said
road at least two weeks prior to the hearing.
DESCRIPTION:
That portion of Second Street from the east line of
Pinole Avenue, easterly, to the west line of Napa
Avenue, as said avenues and street are shown on the
Map of Rodeo, filed February 53 1892 in Book D of
Maps at page 91, Contra Costa County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED on May 7, 1968 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors - James p,Kenny, Fames E.Moriarty, Thomas John
Coll, Edmund A. Linscheld, Alfred M. Dias
NOES: Supervisors -None
ABSENT: Supervisors -None
