'6, n5 and 2.t) of ti-ie final a rt- of th.0 man ' to R3ncho, contra ' ost<, county, Califobnia; which m::n t,;as Filed. in the office of tti4 Recor nr of t}le County of _.ontra �_'o8ta, State of r olifornin, "a2 cl,, f, 1912, in r ap 7J ook i5 is unfit for human habitation or occupancy, and is therefore a public nuisance, and said Building Inspector having posted said property with Notice to Abate Nuisance and having notified the owner (s) of said property that it is unfit for human habitation or occupancy, in the manner provided by law as appears more particularly from the declaration of the Building Inspector on file herein; and WHEREAS, the said building has not been repaired or removed as re- quired by said Notice to Abate Nuisance; and WHEREAS, said Building Inspector thereafter posted said property with Notic ,&2 Aba&e jjL s ride, which Notice specified the time and place of the hear- ing before this Board for the owners of said property to show cause why the building thereon should not be condemned as a public nuisance, and the Build- ing Inspector having notified the owners of said property of said hearing in the manner provided by law, as appears more particularly from the declaration of the #14 2-65; 400 (Third Notice) 68 /236 Building inspector on file heroin; and WHYS, the matter having come on for hearing by this Board on Tuesday, April 9, 1968 � at 10:15 A.M./nIt: as provided in the Notice hereinabove mentioned; and WHYS, the owner of said property having appeared and hav re- quested a tional time within which to correct deficiencies he said building and to a the nuisance thereof, and the Bo having considered the matter and continued hearing to Tuesd , at._A.M./P.M. WH.FAFA.S, the Board having considered the evidence presented by said Building Inspector and all other interested parties, the following appears and this Board now finds that said building is unfit for human habitation or oc- cupancy by reason of the following deficiencies which are hereby found to exists See EX! #14 2-65; 100 (Third Notice) 68 / 236 2 BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED that said building is unfit .for hculan habita- tion or occupancy and is declared to be a public nuisance and the owners there- of are hereby ordered to abate said nuisance within 30 days after a copy of this Resolution along with Notice thereof has been posted to said property. BE IT F'URTha UZOLVED that it is the conclusion of this Board that said building cannot be reconstructed or repaired in a manner so as to comply with the provisions of Article 8 Chapter 9 of Title VIII of the California Administrative Code or the Contra Costa County Ordinance Code and therefore said building must be razed or removed. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the notice posted to said property shall specify that if said nuisance is not abated within the tiae allured, said nuisance will be abated by the Building Inspector of this County, and the ex- pense thereof made a lien upon the land upon which said building (s) are located.
